Changes

Keyboard-first filing.

Open the matter picker with ⌘L, search and choose with the arrows and Return, or jump straight to a recent matter with ⌘1–8 from anywhere in the panel. Finish a single email by pressing Return on its description to file it.

Safer filing record.

Filing an email that's already in the matter now asks before making a second copy; if a batch can't finish, the emails that did file are removed so a retry never double-files; and a one-click Undo on the "Saved" confirmation sends a mistaken filing straight to the Trash.

Clearer feedback.

Batch saves show "Filing 3 of 8…" with a progress bar, errors appear in a full-width banner, and dropping something that isn't an email is politely refused rather than silently ignored.

Reliable menu-bar icon.

Left-click toggles the panel open and closed; right-click opens the menu (Open Email, Settings, and more) — consistent and predictable.

Refreshed Settings.

A Liquid Glass settings window. Firm email domains are now entered as tidy chips — type a domain, press Return, and it's confirmed; an address is reduced to its domain so every mailbox at your firm is recognised. The redundant default-save-folder setting is gone.

Polish.

Cleaner drop-pad corners, a full-contrast filename preview, and assorted wording and visual refinements throughout.
