Changes

Matter-first filing.

Pick the matter up front from a searchable list (⌘1–8 for recents); dropped emails file straight into its Correspondence folder with live, correct sequence numbers. Renaming is a simple party + free-text description, and Tab walks the fields. Save always goes to the matter you can see — no more silent misfiling.

Built for macOS Tahoe.

Left-click the menu-bar icon to open the panel as a native expanded interface; Settings and other commands live in an in-panel ⋯ menu, with Liquid Glass throughout. (This release requires macOS 26 Tahoe or later.)

Complete PDF records.

Filed PDFs now archive the full header block — every To recipient plus Cc and Bcc, the date with timezone, and the Message-ID — so the record shows exactly who was on the email.

Duplicate detection.

Dragging the same email twice files it once, and dropping an email that's already filed in a matter shows an "already filed" warning before you save.

More faithful email text.

The email parser is hardened for real-world Outlook/Exchange mail — quoted-printable, multi-part, encoded headers and attachment names decode correctly, so the body reads cleanly with no stray characters.

Editing niceties.

Undo (⌘Z) and copy/paste now work in the rename fields, alongside snappier drop-pad feedback, QuickLook, and save/rename flow.
