Changes

Previews open when you ask, not when the queue allows.

Pressing Space on any email now renders that email next — it no longer waits behind the background preparation of every other email in a big drop, so a preview that could take 15+ seconds now appears in about one.

The app tells you it's working.

Pressing Space on a not-yet-ready email shows the "Preparing…" spinner immediately instead of appearing to ignore the keypress.

Faster rendering all round.

The rendering engine is kept warm from the moment a drag starts and reused between emails instead of being rebuilt for each one, and it now detects the instant an email's images are ready rather than checking on a timer.

No more freezes during a drop.

Large emails (big attachments) are now decoded off the main thread, so the panel stays responsive while a heavy drop lands.
