Matter suggestions no longer give up on English email with foreign-sounding names.

Apple's on-device language check could reject a plainly-English email whose headers pile up non-English-looking names, showing "Email language isn't supported". Maildrop now retries once with the usernames in email addresses hidden (the bit that trips the check), so the suggestion comes through. Still entirely on your Mac, and an email genuinely in an unsupported language behaves exactly as before.
