Clearer matter suggestions when the model can't answer.
If Apple's on-device model times out, is still loading, or can't run for an email, Maildrop now says so ("timed out — choose manually", "warming up…") instead of quietly showing nothing — and a failed attempt is never mistaken for a real match. Still entirely on your Mac, still off by default.
