A drop zone with life in it.
The drop pad now glows, shows a dashed target, and bounces its icon when your email is ready to drop — and while you're holding a drag it tells you exactly where releasing will file: "Release to file into ⟨matter⟩".
Matter suggestions got sharper.
The experimental on-device suggestion now reads HTML-only emails (most Outlook mail) instead of seeing an empty body, ignores filler words when shortlisting matters, sends the model more of the email, and gives up quietly after ten seconds instead of spinning. A wrong suggestion can now be dismissed with a click.
