Visual direction lanes.
Inbound emails get a blue stripe on the left, outbound a green stripe on the right — so you can scan a mixed batch at a glance without losing chronological order.
Keyboard navigation.
Up/Down arrows move between emails in the filing panel, Tab jumps into the description field, Esc and Shift-Tab come back. Delete removes a focused email from the batch.
QuickLook preview.
Press Space on a focused email to preview its rendered PDF in a QuickLook window. Arrow keys cycle through; Esc dismisses.
